The majority of our products are made with premium full grain leather or cow hide leather.
In general, our products are shipped directly from overseas suppliers, so we are not able to offer overnight shipping. There is a 2-4 week shipping time for our products.
We process most orders within two to seven working days. Your order will be shipped separately, and you will receive an email detailing that your order has been shipped. Most orders arrive between 2-4 weeks after the date they are placed.
There's no need to worry - we've got you covered. Please email us on contact@hileatherstore.com with your order number.
It is possible to cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.
We process refund requests within five to seven working days after receiving them. We will inform you if your refund request has been approved or declined.

The answer is yes. Merchandise that has not been worn or unused for over 30 days can be exchanged. The item can be exchanged directly if it is the same item. Otherwise, the item must be returned for a refund and a new purchase made. If you would like to exchange an item, please specify which one(s). The product must be returned in its original packaging and with all of its original tags.
In the event that your purchased product is damaged, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Items that are on sale for a final time (if applicable)
If the item is unworn or unused, it may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange for the same value. It is not possible to refund shipping charges In the case of an exchange, please specify the item(s) you'd like to exchange. The product must be returned in its original packaging and with all of its original tags.
